Wiltshire Council undertaking countywide review of its local transport plan
WILTSHIRE Council is undertaking a countywide review of its Local Transport Plan (LTP).
The review is taking place due to the growing pressures of the Council's budget which have meant funding is no longer available to continue delivering services at the the level envisaged when the LTP was published in 2011.
It will include re-examining spending and policy in home to school and college transport, SEND transport, social care client transport and concessionary fares. From that possible savings will be looked into.
