A CYCLIST in Sherston believed to have been hit by a car on a residential street came to with serious injuries and had to be rushed to hospital in an ambulance.
The 28-year-old from Alcester, Warwickshire, is suspected to have been hit around at around 1.10pm on May 7.
An ambulance was called to Grove Road after the woman was found with injuries consistent with having been hit by a car.
Her injuries were described as serious but not life-changing.
Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident to come forward with any information they have.
Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, should call police on 101. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously if preferred.
