FAKE cash used several times in Wiltshire on the weekend of May 9 has prompted a county-wide warning to shop owners.
Seven instances were reported to police of people trying to use fake £50 notes and fake Scottish £20 notes on May 9 and May 10 in Devizes, Calne, Marlborough and Swindon.
It is believed a white woman and a white man with an Irish accent were involved.
Anyone who has information on these suspects should contact Alaina Coles in the Crime Management Unit on 101.
