POLICE in Cricklade are appealing for information about an incident involving a mobility scooter that left a 92 year old woman in hospital.

Between 4pm and 4.15pm on April 13, a man riding a maroon coloured electric mobility scooter collided with an elderly woman in the High Street on the pavement directly outside The Club, near to Tesco Express.

The victim, a 92-year-old from Cricklade, suffered a leg injury and was taken to the Great Western Hospital by ambulance.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to call them immediately.
