Accident on the M4 Westbound between a truck and a car causing delays
AN ACCIDENT involving a car and lorry caused delays on the M4 Westbound between junction 17 and 18 earlier today.
Wiltshire Police visited the scene near the Leigh Delamere service station where a woman driving a Fiat Panda left the road.
The air ambulance, police and ambulance teams rushed to the scene and lanes three and four were closed. All lanes have now been reopened.
Police were called at 10.47 and the road was open again around 1pm.
