Malmesbury man arrested after police chase near Sherston
A 22-YEAR-OLD man from Malmesbury was arrested at 11.08pm last night after he attempted to flee from police.
When he was caught he was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, driving dangerously, taking a vehicle without consent and possession of a class B drug and remains in custody.
Police tried to stop the man as he was in a vehicle matching the description of a car wanted in connection with a separate incident in the village but arrested him after a he failed to stop.
