A 24-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court accused of sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl in Malmesbury.
Ross Lancaster is alleged to have been sexually active with the girl on three occasions in Malmesbury over a long weekend in May last year.
No charges were formally put to the 24-year-old from Evesham in Worcestershire during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court today and he did not enter any pleas.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to March 6 and remanded Lancaster in custody.
Lancaster appeared by video link from HMP Hewell in Reddith.
