A MAN is in hospital with life-threatening injruries after a serious crash with a car in Royal Wootton Bassett yesterday.
The 58-year-old man from Royal Wootton Bassett was crossing Station Road in the town, outside The Old Nick pub, when he was hit by a grey Fiat Punto being driven by an 18-year-old man.
The car was travelling from High Street towards Glebe Road.
The 58-year-old man was taken to Great Western Hospital in Swindon with life-threatening head and pelvic injuries.
Any witnesses to the collision which took place on Wednesday, November 19 at around 5.25pm, are asked to contact Wiltshire police on 101.
