Boules fest deadline
3:20pm Thursday 8th May 2008
SUNDAY marks the deadline for entries into the Sherston boules contest in June.
The event draws teams from all over the country and even from France.
Those wanting to enter a team should be at the Rattlebone pub at noon armed with a £15 fee to be donated to local charity Sherston 1016.
Shortly afterwards this year's Mangold Maid will be crowned.
The boules and carnival takes place on June 21 in the centre of the village.
