THE A350 dual carriageway into Chippenham is being given a spring clean.
Ditches are being drained, litter cleared, trees trimmed and verges cut as part of a joint effort by North Wiltshire District Council and the county council to improve the street scene in Wiltshire.
County council lead member for waste Toby Sturgis said, "Working in partnership has not only helped reduce the amount of disruption caused to road users, but has also significantly improved the appearance of the area."
The clean up is due to be completed by the end of tomorrow.
