A THEFT charge against Casey Goble has been dropped by prosecutors as he is already serving a three-year jail term.
Goble, 35, of Melmore Gardens, Cirencester was imprisoned last month for breaking into Mansion Lodge in Park Street, Cirencester.
The prosecution officially withdrew the charge, in which Goble was accused of stealing a bicycle, at Gloucester Crown Court earlier today.
