Applications open for Moreton Town Council vacancy

A CALL has been put out for anyone who would like to join Moreton-in-Marsh Town Council to put their names forward.

Although a vacant position on the council was recently advertised, no parishioners put their names forward for an election, so the council has begun the co-option progress to recruit a new councillor.

Anyone interested in the position can contact 01608 651 448.

The deadline for applications is Wednesday October 31.
