DETAILS for a popular bike festival have been released including plans to extend the event from one day to two.

The annual Prescott Bike Fest is set to be the biggest yet, as they boast a diverse range of machinery.

The line-up features ‘Electric Avenue’ as Bikefest become one of the first to showcase Electric, the latest in road and race technology, with special displays featuring Formula E and the new electric Harley Davidson.

Motorcycle fans don’t need to worry, as motorcycles will remain at the heart of the event with all the latest motorcycle and car technology on show.

As ever, there will be extensive displays of historic, modern and racing motorcycles throughout the weekend with a Paddock Specials Show ’n’ Tell spot featuring the best in road, race, factory builds, shed builds, wacky, jet powered and record beating machines.

Throughout the weekend there will also be non-stop live music, large displays of historic, modern and race bikes, special guest appearances, stunt show, large kids zone, over 100 quality trade stands, motorcycle clubs, beer tent and great food.

You can maybe treat yourself to a new bike from one of the dealers or manufacturers represented including Harley Davidson, Ducati, Triumph, Honda and MV Augusta.

Not for the faint-hearted, you can even take part in a thrilling passenger ride experience.

All proceeds will once again go to the Nationwide Association of Blood Bikes and regional Blood Bike group Severn Freewheelers.

The event will take place on April 14-15 at the Prescott Hill Climb, Gotherington, Cheltenham, Gl52 9RD.
