TWO teenage boys have been robbed by a masked knifeman in Dursley.

They were forced to hand over a mobile phone and money.

The robbery happened between 3.30pm and 3.45pm on Boxing Day near Rednock School in Kinghill Road.

The boys (police have not revealed their ages) were approached by someone who produced a knife, though he did not threaten them with it.

He did, however, demand they hand over money.

One of the boys gave him a grey iPhone 6S and the other some money.

No one was hurt.

The robber is believed to be male, and was wearing a jacket and a face covering.

Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time it happened or has any information that would help them with their enquiry.
