THE M5 has been reopened after being completely blocked on the northbound carriageway while police dealt with a man for whom they had concerns for their welfare.
Police had closed the motorway between junction 14 (Falfield) and junction 13 (Stroud).
The #M5 is BLOCKED northbound between J14 and J13 due to a @Glos_Police led incident. Minor delays are building on approach.

However, the closure has now been lifted with a police spokesman saying the incident had been "resolved" with the man receiving "appropriate support".
