FIRE crews and police have rushed to the scene of an incident involving a motorist in Cirencester.
An eyewitness at the scene said two fire engines and three police cars are blocking off Victoria Road, near the junction with London Road and Dyer Street.
“It looks like a possible car accident with one or two cars", he said.
“One car is bang in the middle of the road, just as it turned down Victoria Road near the B&B.
“It looks like a small, white 4x4 and the firefighters are talking to the driver.”
