AS the nights grow longer and summer ends for another year, we asked the members of our Gloucestershire Camera Club to capture the very best autumnal scenes.

Set up by the Gazette Series, Wilts & Glos Standard and the Stroud News & Journal newspapers, the club provides an opportunity for local photographers to share their pictures and see them published in print and online.

With each newspaper drawing in around 30,000 readers in print and online every week, there is a huge audience to which camera club members can showcase their pictures.

Since launching the club in February this year, more than 500 people have joined.

They post their pictures on the Gloucestershire Camera Club Facebook page and also submit them to the respective newspapers to be considered for print.

We run double pages of their photos in the three newspapers every month and receive fantastic feedback from our readers.

Anyone is welcome to become part of the club, which is free to join.
