A 31-YEAR-OLD Lechlade woman who denied driving with excess alcohol was found guilty and banned.
Katie Mervyn-Smith of Gassons Way, Lechlade was convicted at Cheltenham magistrates court on August 10.
The court heard she was stopped by police in her Ford Eco Sport in Lechlade on April 8.
She was found to have 47 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
Magistrates disqualified her from driving for 12 months, fined her £750 and ordered her to pay prosecution costs of £300.
