YOUNG people have been entering St Mary's Primary School in Tetbury and causing damage, police said.
Police said that over the past week, late at night, the youths have been acting in an anti-social manner and causing damage to the school.
The youths were reported to have been in the playground area and at midnight yesterday, they were on the school roof.
PC Leah Davis said: "There is currently building work being carried out on site, so this behaviour is extremely dangerous.
"They have also caused damage as tiles have been broken. Witnesses believe there were five to six youths, all boys, aged between 15 to 18 years old.
"They were all wearing hoodies, and it is believed one had blond hair."
