POLICE are urging people to be aware of vandals spraying graffiti onto trees in Tetbury.
An incident happened over the weekend of Friday, August 4 and Saturday 5 in the woodland area under Bath Bridge in Tetbury.
The graffiti was sprayed using a red aerosol spray paint and it has caused damage to approximately 15 to 20 trees in the area.
The wording and symbols sprayed refer to death and hanging, with arrows leading deep into the wood.
Red paint was also sprayed near the football goal area on the Tetbury recreation ground.
If anyone has seen any similar activity or know of the people responsible for this, they are encouraged to contact police.
