AN elderly woman in Lechlade suffered a scare after catching two men trying to enter her home.
The elderly woman called 999 at 9.30am on Tuesday, June 27 after hearing a bang from her conservatory.
She went into her kitchen and saw two men stood at the conservatory door trying to gain access to her house.
Upon seeing her, the two ran off down the path at the side of her house.
No entry was gained but the men damaged the wooden frame around the lock of the door.
The men were described as white, in their early 20s, and relatively short. One had a round face with thick dark hair, the other had a long slim face. Both males were wearing dark clothing.
Police are keen to identify who the males are.
