DIY SOS host Nick Knowles took to Twitter this morning to thank Lady Bathurst for helping him out while shooting an episode of the popular home improvement show.
Mr Knowles, who also presents Saturday evening gameshow Who Dares Wins, posted a photo of himself and the Countess, of Cirencester Park, along with Countryfile presenter Ellie Harrison.
“So lovely to see my buddies @CotswoldLadyB and @EllieHarrison__ who popped down to support @DIYSOS,” he wrote, adding: “Big push today.”
Lady Bathurst, who completed her 12-month term as High Sheriff of Gloucestershire in April, posted in response: “You’re all amazing. You will transform lives.”
As well as her TV work, Ms Harrison is also president of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.
Last month, Mr Knowles was spotted in The Abbey Grounds in Cirencester, enjoying the various medieval-themed attractions put on by The Plantagenet Medieval Society over the Bank Holiday.
