A LEADING insurance company is to launch a new ethical series of home policies with an event at De Vere Cotswold Water Park today (March 20).
Evergreen has a simple concept: customers who sign up for various insurance policies will be able to choose a charity for a percentage of commission payments from their policy.
David Gardiner, founder of Evergreen, said: “We are delighted that so many insurance companies are supporting our vision for wanting to make a difference.
“While pursuing our main goal to support wildlife and nature conservation, we also believe there should be other benefits for families, such as discounts for those who have solar panels.”
David had taken his concept to Surrey Independent Advisors which agreed to help develop the idea.
The launch will be held from noon, while those in attendance will be invited to take photos of birds and animals from the hotel deck.
