THE Great Tetbury Hospital Boules Competition will be taking place again in May this year.

The Friends of Tetbury Hospital are asking for as many teams as possible to enter the competition taking place on Sunday, May 21.

The event will be held at the Royal Oak car park from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Teams can be made up of three or four people and the entry cost is £80 for a team of four.

The Friends are aiming to have 30 team compete this year.

There will be coffee and croissants during registration and a French lunch with wine or French beer. All profits from the event will go to Tetbury Hospital.

The Friends of Tetbury Hospital runs many fund raising events each year. They are publicised in the Tetbury Advertiser and on the Friends page of the hospital’s website: www.tetburyhospital.co.uk/friends.

Tetbury Hospital Trust is a charity established in 1991 which receives payment from the NHS for patient treatments though not for new or replacement equipment.

The hospital’s survival depends on local fundraising and the generosity of local people.
