A PHYSIOTHERAPIST on Gosditch Street in Cirencester has complained to the council after builders installed a sign outside her clinic saying 'West Market Place'.
Jackie Frazer, who runs Corinium Clinic, called the town council earlier this afternoon regarding the apparent blunder, but was apparently told to "put something in writing".
"It'll be too late by then because they're cementing it in now," she told the Standard.
The clinic's receptionist, who did not wish to be named, said traders on the street would be 'furious' because "West Market Place starts way up there, not anywhere near here".
"It gives the wrong impression, as people won't be able to find us."
She said staff had brought it up with the builders when the work started, but the workmen were apparently told by their foreman to continue.
