THREE young riders met at Whatley Manor hotel in Malmesbury to receive an equestrian mentoring session from world-class dressage champion Natasha Baker MBE.

The girls - eventer Jemima Stratton, 14, from Warminster, Wiltshire and dressage riders Jess Parsons, 21, from Wotton under Edge, Gloucestershire and Lucy Mae Bush, 14, from Peasedown St John, Somerset - were the 2017 winners of Jo Hansford Photography’s sponsorship deal.

The prize includes mentoring sessions from Natasha, the Rio Paralympics triple gold medallist, plus a photoshoot by Bristol-based equine photographer Jo, branded horse goodies and ongoing support from Jo Hansford Photography during the year.

Jo said: “Our 2017 young sponsored riders are so talented and impressive.

“We can’t wait to support them as they compete and to capture some brilliant shots of them in action.”

Natasha, who will help the girls take their equestrian skills to the next level, said: “I am so thrilled at the idea of passing on my knowledge to these young riders to help them reach their full potential.

"After the joy of winning three gold medals at Rio it would be another dream come true if I could inspire them to fulfil their own dreams and aspirations.”
