A CHEDWORTH teenager has been banned from driving after being stopped by police while he was over the limit in his Ford Fiesta at Northleach.
Adrian Dowling, 19, of Cheap Street, Chedworth, was stopped on October 20 on the A429, Cheltenham Magistrates heard.
Dowling, who admitted drink-driving, was found to have 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
The magistrates banned him from driving for 13 months, fined him £250 and ordered him to pay prosecution costs of £85.
