TWO schools and one nursery in Cirencester were broken into over the weekend.
Cirencester Primary School and its neighbouring Cherry Trees Nursery were broken into just before 1am on the morning of Monday, October 17.
Offenders gained entry into the offices of the primary school through a window but the office door was locked which prevented access to the rest of the school. Nothing was stolen.
At the nursery, the conservatory was broken into but failed again, offenders failed to gain access to the rest of the premises and nothing was stolen.
Siddington Primary School also reported a break-in over the weekend. Once again, entry was gained through the office window. Nothing was reported to have been stolen.
Enquiries are ongoing and police are keen to identify a man who was seen in a four by four type car by Siddington School on Friday evening.
The man was described as being over 40, mixed race and bald.
