  • THERE will be no service at St. Peter’s on Sunday, June 26, as there is a united benefice service at All Hallows Church in South Cerney, starting at 10am. This is Reverend Canon David Bower’s final service in the Churnside benefice before he moves on to Chipping Sodbury, where he will become Rector of the Sodbury Vale benefice. David has been vicar of St Peter’s for seven years and during that time he has become a familiar face to many, either through the church, through his role as Governor at Siddington School. He has always been approachable and down to earth and will be missed. We wish David and his wife Judith well in their new parish.
