PHOTOGRAPHY students from a college in Cirencester are hosting an exhibition at a town arts gallery to showcase their work.

As part of their final year Professional Practice study for the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Photography, a group of seven second year students at Cirencester Sixth Form College (CC) displayed a variety of creative work compiled during the past two years.

The Pop-Up show is taking place at the town’s New Brewery Arts until Monday (23).

Adele Smedley, BTEC Level 3 Photography course leader at CC, said: “This is the perfect opportunity for the students to gain hands-on business experience of working as part of a professional collaboration with New Brewery Arts; creating a Final Year Pop- Up show raising the visibility of talent on the course itself and building links between CC and the local community.”

Beth Alden, New Brewery Arts chief executive, said: “It’s always exciting to show new and upcoming talent.”

Students Ethan Bucher, Rosa Spencer, Ramona Saunders-Green, Ellie Webb, Sydney Skinner, Maddie Tibbles and George Sayers are showing their work.
