POLICE are growing concerned for a man who has gone missing from Horsley near Nailsworth.

Philip Lee, aged 65, was last seen by his wife at around 9am today (4) when he left the house to walk his dogs.

The dogs have since been returned to the property but Philip is nowhere to be seen.

He is described as white, around 5ft 11ins, of an average build, with short thinning grey hair. He has a full beard, crooked teeth and was last seen wearing green trousers and a blue top.

A police spokesman said: "This is out of character for Philip and police and his family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare."

Anyone who sees Philip or a man matching his description, is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 289 of Thursday, February 4.
