AFTER the success of last year's Cirencester March Hare Festival, people are being encouraged to get involved again for 2015.
Festival fans can sponsor one of 50 small, life-size hare models to be decorated and dotted around the town as part of a new passport trail.
Last year saw more than 50 five foot hare models move into the town, each one sponsored by a business, school or individual.
The colourful models were then auctioned off in October last year, and made around £70,000 for the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.
However, there will be no auction for the small hares this year, so sponsors will be able to keep their small model forever.
Once all the hares have been sponsored and decorated in May, visitors and locals will be able to take part in a passport trail, trying to visit every hare. The trail will last until September.
Hares can be bought plain at £180 or decorated by an artist for £350.
