CLOUDS and wind will make up the bulk of the weather today with rain becoming a real possibility.
Outbreaks of rain are expected here and there but there is a chance it could become persistent and heavy as the day draws on.
As the evening progresses more wind and rain is expected before it moves southwards, leaving a cold and crisp Friday morning.
