POLICE are appealing for witnesses after several shops in Cirencester were attacked over the weekend.
The Tesco Metro in Farrel Close, near Brewery Court, had one of its windows smashed by what appears to be two separate blows.
The damage was discovered and reported to police at 7.40am on Saturday.
The second incident targeted at Cafe Nero in the Market Place, was discovered around at 8am on Sunday. Vandals had cracked the window.
Police are asking anyone who might know more to contact 101 quoting incident number 97 for the Farrell Close incident and 141 for the Market Place incident.
