GLOUCESTERSHIRE Police are investigating two recent house burglaries in Stroud.
Both homes, which are close to each other, were broken in to between 7pm and 8pm on Monday November 17.
Burglars broke into a house in Farmcote Close by breaking a rear door window and ransacking the bedrooms. A ruby necklace, a computer games system and a small collection of MP3/4 players were taken.
The second property in nearby Sezincote Close was broken in to by burglars breaking the window of a rear door. They searched the house and took two wrapped Christmas presents containing some bedding and an indoor firework.
The burglaries are believed to be linked.
If anyone knows anything about either burglary they are asked to contact the police on 101 quoting incident numbers 420 or 439 respectively of 17/11/14.
