A SHOT by an amateur photographer from Fairford will be seen by thousands of people after it was chosen to appear in a company calendar.
Chris Roberts' MBE, fought off strong competition from fellow photographers with a delightful image of the gardens at Bibury.
Chris' photograph will feature in heating oil and distributor Butler Fuels calendar which will be distributed to thousands of team members and customers.
The company had invited budding photographers from Gloucestershire to submit images that best represented landscapes and wildlife across the seasons.
Chris said: "I’ve always been interested in photography, so when I heard about the competition I was really keen to enter.
"Fairford has so many picturesque locations and wonderful spots to capture landscapes and wildlife."
Sue Lewis, regional manager at Butler Fuels, said: "The standard of entries was extremely high, however Chris’s image really stood out as it captures the local area perfectly."
