POLICE are appealing for information after a 26-year-old South Cerney motorcyclist died following a collision on Saturday.
The motorcyclist is believed to be the only vehicle involved in the incident on the B4425 just outside the village of Barnsley.
The 26-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and the road had to be closed for around four hours whilst the emergency services attended.
At around 2pm the black and silver Honda motorcycle was travelling from Bibury towards the village of Barnsley.
The bike left the road shortly before the village and close to the second turning to Ready Token.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police on 101 quoting incident number 258 of April 20.
