Cotswold Show preparing for biggest event yet

THE Cotswold Show is planning to put on the "biggest show ever" this summer to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

To mark the milestone the Cirencester Park show, which attracts around 40,000 visitors each year, has booked more than 50 attractions and plans to feature around 200 tradestands.

Headlining attractions for the July 6 and 7 event include The Imps Motorcycle Display Team, Scurry and Trials Driving, the Silver Stars Skydiving team and Cheshire Dog Display.

Show director Claudia Wilson said this was just "the tip of the iceberg."

"There really will be something for everyone – we’ve got over 50 different attractions throughout the weekend," Claudia said.

"There’s some fabulous children’s activities, great family fun and country pursuits and, as always, lots of fun and games for man’s best friend."

Well said Mr Dobby - the traffic build up is no different to any other event so where is the problem? Plan a different route if you need to go that way - it's really not difficult!!
