Council tax bills in Northleach to go up 15 per cent

COUNCIL tax bills in Northleach are set to increase by 15 per cent.
Northleach and Eastington Town Council recently voted to increase its precept to meet the demand of rising costs and falling incomes, meaning an annual bill for a Band D property will increase from £69.49 to £79.41.

It's a huge con as Gloucestershire Council Tax is already one of the highest in the country.

Still cant work out the following formulae that with Police numbers falling costs are still going up?
Wonder if it has anything to do with the P.F.I. cost of building the Marriott Hotel sorry I meant Police Headquarters ( the palm trees are really nice though and give a real holiday feel)....

Conservative, stays the same for at least the next two years with no reduction in front line dervices..
Independent goes up and no improvement in front line services.
Lib Dem, goes up with a reduction in front line services butt an increase in staff costs blamed on anybody and everybody else.
