A CHILDREN’S cancer and leukaemia charity is looking to give Santa a helping hand this Christmas by taking gifts to poorly children in oncology wards across Gloucestershire.
The Timmy Mason’s Trust was launched in January by Kate and Tim Mason in memory of their seven-year-old son Timmy, a former Ampney Crucis Primary pupil, who died in 2011 following a three-year battle with cancer.
The charity’s long term goal is to create a holiday retreat for families fighting the disease.
