Charities called on to sign up for Cirencester Christmas fair
4:00pm Saturday 27th October 2012 in Cotswolds news By Laura Shack
TIS the season to sign up for the annual Combined Charities Christmas Fayre at Cirencester’s Corn Hall.
Every year Cirencester Hospital League of Friends organises the free seasonal shopping day, which has helped raise thousands of pounds for local charities.
Festive gifts, cards, books and toys will be on offer for shoppers, along with cakes and refreshments.
More than twenty charities have already signed up for next month’s event on Tuesday, November 13, including the British Heart Foundation and Age UK, along with smaller local groups such as Cirencester Housing for Young People (CHYP).
But there are still spaces free for charities that would like to have a stall.
To find out more and to book a table, contact Cirencester Hospital League of Friends chairman Sheila Rees on 01285 655942
