A417 blocked by road traffic collision

THE A417 was blocked around 4pm today, after a collision between two vehicles on Grove Lane in Cirencester.
A Peugeot 207 collided with a Volkswagen Transporter Van near the roundabout linking Grove Lane and Burford Road.
No one was injured in the accident, but the front of the car was torn away by the impact.
The road has now been cleared.
