RECORD-BREAKING angler and author Dr Mark Everand is set to give a talk will give a talk at the Cotswold Water Park Trust’s Gateway Centre on the aquatic wildlife of the area.

Dr Everand holds the world record for the largest rod-caught minnow and has written ten books, including several on fish and angling.

The talk will be held at the Gateway Centre in South Cerney on Wednesday October 17 at 7.30pm.
