BUDDING Olympics keen to get into training for the 2016 games are invited to a series of free fitness classes held in the leafy surroundings of Cirencester’s Abbey Grounds.
Personal trainer Ben Jackson is running the weekly classes on Wednesday evening, helping people inspired by Olympic heroes such as Rebecca Adlington to get fit in the great outdoors.
The classes, which are suitable for all ages and abilities, see a team of personal trainers take participants through a range of activities.
Ben said he was keen to get as many people involved as possible.
“It’s a big initiative to get people fit after the Olympics,” he said.
“There’s only about five of these clubs running throughout the entire country so to be running one in Cirencester is great.”
