A KEMBLE business is celebrating after winning accolades for the presentation of their trade stand at the Chelsea Flower Show.

As first time exhibitors to the show this year, The Turtle Mat Company based at Kemble Enterprise Park, was applauded for its patriotic stand which celebrated the best of British by incorporating plants and flowers from local businesses.

They included clematis from The Walled Garden nursery in Brinkworth and irises from Malmesbury Garden Centre which helped make up the fresh and colourful theme of the stand. The Turtle Mat’s commercial director Susan Leaver said she was particularly pleased as trade stands are rarely rewarded at Chelsea.

“The RHS always provides a wonderful resource of inspirational material giving us the opportunity to develop truly unique designs,” she added.

“Being at Chelsea gives us the platform to not only showcase the product, but to meet with our customers. Winning this commendation is just the icing on the cake to what has been a fabulous week at Chelsea and we are all delighted”.
