THE HIGHGROVE Shop in Tetbury was one of the latest recipients of Malmesbury guerilla artist Syd’s overnight gifts as his campaign to win a national contest for his converted shed entered the final week.
Artworks depicting a giant jackdaw on the roof of the market hall were left all over the town late on Sunday night.
The jackdaw is one of Malmesbury's most famous emblems It follows a similar stunt two weeks ago where different pictures were left in places like the abbey steps, the police station and the Standard office in Malmesbury itself.
Flying monkey pictures - a play on the town's legendary flying monk story -have also been appearing with cryptic clues left for followers on Facebook.
The Stencil Shed where Syd, aka Luke Hollingworth, he does his work has been entered in the readersheds.co.uk competition.
Online voting ends on Saturday. Go to the stencilshed.co.uk for details.
