Property and cash stolen from cars parked near Thames

FOUR cars were broken into in Lechlade between 2.30pm and 3.30pm on Sunday May 27.
The four cars were parked by a footpath near the Thames when windows were smashed and property stolen.
A River Island handbag worth £25 and the head unit of a Sony CD player worth £70 was stolen from a silver Peugeot 106 when the driver’s side window was smashed.
A wallet containing £200 in cash and credit cards along with a Ted Baker jacket and trousers were also stolen from a silver Vauxhall Corsa.
A grey Animal goodie worth £50, £10 in cash and £30 worth of teddy bears were also stolen from a white Vauxhall Corsa.
The window of a red Peugeot 206 was also smashed, but nothing was stolen.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 293 of May 27.
