Mobile app helps visitors explore Westonbirt Arboretum

TECH-SAVVY visitors to Westonbirt Arboretum now have a new way to find out what is going on at their favourite woodland attraction.
The Forestry Commission England’s Forest Explorer smartphone app now includes an event finder with full details of goings-on at all the woodland attractions managed by the Forestry Commission, including the National Arboretum at Westonbirt.
The app, which is now available on Android phones, includes downloadable trail maps, a tree identifier and locations of camping sites.
The app can be downloaded for free at forestry.gov.uk/mobileapp
