Woman assaulted outside Moreton-in-Marsh pub

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted outside the Redesdale Arms in Moreton-in-Marsh yesterday evening.
At approximately 10.30pm a 20-year-old woman was walking along the High Street.
A group of men were stood outside the public house when one of them called to the woman asking for a phone number for a taxi firm.
When she approached them he assaulted her, causing bruising to her face.
Anyone with any information about the assault is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 25 of April 30.
