Appeal lodged against Northleach wind turbine planning refusal

AN APPEAL has been made against Cotswold District Council’s refusal of planning permission for a 25m wind turbine at Cats Abbey Farm, Northleach.
Cotswold District Council refused the application in February, saying it would have a potentially negative impact on the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Any comments about the application must be made in writing to The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/18 Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
